Fanon collects and processes the personal data of Users who receive notifications about products and offers for the purpose of sending notifications, invitations to participate in prize contests via email, social media, or other communication channels to which the Customer has previously subscribed. This data may also be used for any legal proceedings related to the execution of contracts, creating user profiles to ensure personalized notifications, conducting market research, and improving the efficiency and quality of our services.
Fanon does not collect data about children. If we become aware that such data has been transferred to us without the consent of a parent or guardian for children under 16 years of age, we will remove it without delay. With which recipients does Fanon share personal data?
Fanon will not share the personal data of the Customer or User with other parties except in the cases specified in the next point and in the situation when positive regulations require it. Fanon will share the Customer’s personal data with:
- To the service providers of goods distribution with whom it has a permanent contract for the purpose of fulfilling orders, delivering packages, and sending postal and email correspondence. The distribution service provider may request to see the Customer’s ID at the time of package delivery when personally picking up the goods, all for the purpose of carrying out the package delivery service and keeping a record of who received the package. If the Customer refuses to provide this information, the package will not be delivered to them.
- To the sponsors of prize contests in the process of delivering the prize to the winner, when Fanon, as the organizer of the contest, specifies in the contest rules that the delivery of the prize to the winner will be organized by the sponsor.
